  1. Subscriptions and collection

    Every player has a subscription from your packages, and the system knows who renewed and who is late.

    • Subscription packages, with sibling discounts applied automatically
    • Freezing a subscription extends its end date
    • A list of renewals due, with overdue players tagged automatically
    • Numbered invoices and receipts; collection in cash, bank transfer or e-wallet

  2. Attendance

    Attendance is taken at the pitch, on the coach's phone.

    • Present, absent, late or excused, with mark-all in one tap
    • Works offline, then syncs
    • An injured player cannot be marked present
    • Attendance reports per group, and the most absent players

  3. Groups and schedule

    Training groups with their coaches and capacity, on a weekly schedule that never clashes.

    • Each group has a head coach and a capacity that cannot be exceeded
    • Weekly recurring sessions by pitch and coach
    • Any session clashing on the same pitch or with the same coach is rejected

  4. Pitch booking

    An empty pitch earns rent, and a booking never clashes with training.

    • Single or recurring bookings with one clash check
    • Time-based pricing, and special prices for given days
    • A deposit percentage, and a cancellation window with refund
    • A weekly bookings grid, and venue reports

  5. Tournaments

    From the draw to the final table.

    • Round-robin, knockout, or groups then knockout
    • Fixtures generated automatically
    • Standings by points (3/1/0) and goal difference
    • Tournament entry fees

  6. Parents' portal

    Parents see only what concerns their own child.

    • Their child's attendance rate over the last 60 days
    • Their invoices
    • Approval of their child's transfer from the academy to a club
